You will choose a category related to your health goals and this will determine what recipes you will receive.

For each recipe you choose, to save you time, you will also receive a shopping list.  You can then either order your food online or shop at your favourite food outlet, markets or food co-op armed with your specific shopping list.

Zero Waste Kitchen

Your meal plan will reduce the food waste often experienced with no plan. It will also reduce rubbish compared to using a Meal subscription service.

Recipes targeted for your specific dietary goals or medical conditions.

Weight loss needs a progressive meal plan. As your weight changes so should your weekly energy targets. This is also relevant for most medical conditions and the Low FODMAP diet. As you progress, some adjustments will need to be made.

Remote Learning

Lifestyle counseling

Each week your diet will be reassessed to ensure you are progressing with your health goals. This will determine what adjustments need to be made to your meal plan to personalise it for your dietary needs.
