Bulk Billing

Service Description

Bulk Billing available on request for people with a valid Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM) or an Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan with a health care or pension card. Click on the Bulk Billing Button to apply. DVA Gold Card holders will also be bulk billed. After booking you will receive a confirmation notice and a form you will need to fill in and return before your appointment. You may also need to send a copy of your Dr's referral form if requested.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 1 hour or more in advance of the appointment time will receive a 100% refund on the booking fee. Cancellations made less than 1 hour will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee or the opportunity to reschedule. Missed appointments will not receive a refund.
