At MobileDietitian, we understand that making changes to your diet can be overwhelming. At your first consultation Michelle will help you get started on your journey towards a healthier lifestyle. During this consultation, we'll focus on your individual nutrition needs and dive into what areas need attention. We'll work together to come up with solutions tailored to your personal situation, so you can start seeing results right away. Start your journey to better health today. It is highly recommended that you then follow on with coaching sessions where you will receive support for following through on the plan made in this first appointment. Doctor Referrals welcome. With a GP Management plan you will receive a $58.30 (2023-2024) Medicare rebate. If you are having trouble with finances and the cost of this service is beyond your means, please email me and we can work out a plan. Bulk Billing available on request for people with a valid Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM) or an Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan with a health care or pension card. Click on the Bulk Billing Button to apply. NDIS clients: Please refer to Terms & Conditions for NDIS. For clients local to Strathalbyn SA and surrounding areas within 10 minutes of Strathalbyn. Home visits in this locale will not incur a travel fee. For home visits that are further than 10 minutes from Strathalbyn a travel fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 1 hour or more in advance of the appointment time will receive a 100% refund on the booking fee. Cancellations made less than 1 hour will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee or the opportunity to reschedule. Missed appointments will not receive a refund.
