That's why we offer online follow-up appointments to help keep you on track and achieve your health goals. Michelle will work with you to create a personalised plan that fits your lifestyle and preferences. Regular check-ins help you stay accountable and make progress towards your goals. Schedule your online follow-up appointment today and take the next step towards a healthier you. These coaching sessions can be booked individually, or if you want to save some money, and lock in your follow up sessions, book in for the Coaching Package. This service is done via secure Video Conferencing or Phone if necessary. Doctor Referrals welcome. You will receive a $58.30 (2023-2024) rebate with a current GP management plan. If you are having trouble with finances and the cost of this service is beyond your means, please email me and we can work out a plan. Bulk Billing available on request for people with a valid Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM) or an Eating Disorder Treatment and Management Plan with a health care or pension card. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 1 hour or more in advance of the appointment time will receive a 100% refund on the booking fee. Cancellations made less than 1 hour will receive a 50% refund of the booking fee or the opportunity to reschedule. Missed appointments will not receive a refund.
