Welcome to Mobile Dietitian

Mobile Dietitian has been re-invented. Yes you can still make appointments for general diet related issues including diabetes, cholesterol, heart health, weight management, food intolerances and allergies, and our pet favourite - gut health.



Our new focus though, is based around education for creating a healthy lifestyle. So, you will find a lot more tips and tricks on how to improve the nutritional value of a meal, how to reduce the kilojoule (Calorie) content of your regular foods, as well as looking at lifestyle modifications to make it a bit easier to choose healthy versus unhealthy food.


Down the track, we plan to offer some cooking classes and courses, to learn the hacks of being the healthy person you dream of being. But for now, as we are only a small establishment, we will try to provide regular recipes, some menu plans and some dietitian tips to help you make the best choices you can. We all know that the world we live in is full of enticing things to lead us away from our goals, so having a few tricks under our belt will help us make those choices easier.


Our bookings page has also been simplified. We now only offer the basic bespoke consultation (a fancy way of saying "personalised"). Then follow up sessions are now known as coaching sessions. These sessions are to help you implement the recommendations made in your bespoke plan. You can book the coaching sessions individually or as a package. The package option is slightly cheaper with access to more resources. We will always recommend the package as it helps to reduce the decision to make a booking, and having support when making any lifestyle changes can make all the difference in whether or not you stick to your goals. All sessions are done via video conference (assuming the tech all works!).
